Will there be a open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar. If there is a specific drink you would like to bring, our venue does allow BYOB. It must remain behind the bar throughout the duration of the night.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. That way everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving an hour before the ceremony starts. To be sure everyone is on time and we can get ther party started on schedule. The doors will be locked 5 minutes before the ceremony.

May I take a centerpiece/ flowers/ candles home as a souvenir?
Answer
No, most of the decoration is owned and provided by the venue.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on the invitation. Your RSVP card will state how many seats will be saved for you.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The weather in late march fluctuates. It could be between the fifties and the eighties.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will exit for photographs. The guest will stay at the venue for cocktail hour.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon s possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I have to mail it, or can I RSVP online?
Answer
RSVP's are due by February 28, 2021. You may mail in your RSVP card or RSVP on this website.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes, there is a ramp into the venue.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
Answer
Yes, we will be serving BBQ along with water, sweet tea, and lemonade.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
YES! We encourage guest to take and post pictures. Our only request is you use the hashtag #HitchingHernandez so we can all the photos!
