Shuttles will depart from the EVEN Hotel Alpharetta at 4:30 and 4:45 PM. Additional parking is available adjacent to the hotel at 100 Kimball Place. This shuttle will transport you to and from the wedding venue, as there is limited parking on-site. Please RSVP for your party to reserve your seats.

☀️ Weather: High ~76°, 50s after sunset (7:09 PM). Bring a light jacket. Bonfires on. 👢 Dress/Farm Fun: It’s a working farm, grass & gravel. Wear flats/boots. Bunnies & chickens are free-range “employees”; others napping (you may even spot a unicorn). Please don’t feed, chase, or pick up animals. Selfies with barnyard friends between ceremony and reception. 🚗 Parking: For guests not on hotel shuttles. Closest spots reserved for our older guests. Attendants + overflow shuttle. 🕔 Arrival: Bunny Barn for guest book & gifts. Ceremony 5:00–5:15 PM in the pasture; golf carts available. 🪑 Help: After the ceremony please carry your chair or load it on the tractor. 🍽️ Food/Drinks: Drinks & charcuterie 4:30 PM; dinner by City Barbecue 6:30 PM; UGA–Auburn on the big screen by the fire. 🚻 Restrooms: Port-a-potties near front gate. 🚌 Shuttles: 10:15 PM & 10:45 PM (final with the couple). Can’t wait to celebrate under the lights!

Semi-formal attire is perfect for our outdoor celebration. Dresses can be long or short, and dressy separates or suits are welcome. Keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be on grass and soft ground

The first shuttle will take guests from the venue back to the EVEN Hotel at 10:00. The second shuttle will pickup guests at 10:30 and make a stop at Up on the Roof in downtown Alpharetta before returning to the Hotel
