Our wedding is a formal evening wedding. We will have rustic and western elements at our ceremony, so men think suits with dress shoes or cowboy boots, and women think long dresses and heels! Also, feel free to contact the couple with any questions.
Yes! All guests have a plus one. If you have a family, they have been accounted for in our guest count. We only ask that all guests be noted in the RSVPs. (Please include the meal of choice for each guest!)
While we won’t have additional transportation available, the venue is conveniently located just minutes from many hotels and cabin accommodations.
The venue will be providing beverages for our celebration, with drinks available during cocktail hour and the reception.
Parking is available near the venue, though spaces are limited and on a small slope. For comfort and ease, we kindly recommend dropping off guests at the top of the venue before parking.
In the middle of September in Estes Park there will be lots of elk, deer, and other animals around the mountains as well as at the venue! Please keep your distance from the wildlife and do not feed them.
For our out-of-state guests, please note that we’ll be celebrating at a higher elevation. Colorado mountain weather can be a little unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket for comfort. We’ll be cozy and prepared with an indoor ceremony and reception, plus fireplaces to enjoy during cocktail hour.
