Alex and Marin met while they were students at Colorado State University through a country swing dance club. They danced together briefly when Marin first attended, then crossed paths more often as the semester went on. Marin became more involved with the club and eventually joined the instructor group, where she and Alex developed a close friendship. Over time, that friendship grew into a partnership built on trust, shared effort, and a love of dancing. What began on the dance floor became something steady and lasting, and dancing remains a meaningful part of their relationship today. Still each other’s favorite dance partner, they look forward to their next chapter as they get married and move to Nashville, Tennessee.
