Think cocktail attire, but most importantly we want you to be comfortable. September can bring beautiful sunny days or early snow, and anything in between. The venue will be outdoors with a tent for the reception, so bring layers and dancing shoes. High heels are not recommended, as the ground is grass or cobblestone.
Keystone sits at about 9,300 feet above sea level and this altitude can impact everyone differently. The best thing you can do is drink TONS of water. If you have concerns about elevation or are struggling to adjust, some find relief with oxygen bars or oxygen rentals (we don't personally think the little oxygen canisters are effective at their quantity, but whatever floats your boat!) On alcohol and altitude - the informal rule is that 1 drink at elevation is like 2 at sea level, and that carries over to hangovers. Consider yourself warned.
We would love to know whether you are able to make it as soon as you are certain, but we ask that all RSVPs are completed by 8/10/2024.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 4:00 pm.
There is limited parking at the Ski Tip Lodge, but a shuttle will be running from River Run parking lot and other Keystone lodging locations to the Ski Tip before the ceremony and after the reception. If possible, we do ask that you RSVP for the shuttle so that nobody accidentally gets left behind!
Of course! You will have the option to indicate any dietary restrictions on the RSVP and/or reach out to us directly by 8/10/2024.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend our celebrations unless otherwise discussed with us.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations in our intimate venue, we can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
