Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children outside of the initial bridal party at the reception or ceremony, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and in our RSVP system. We truly wish we could include everyone, but we want to be intentional with our space. Thank you so much for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you 🤍

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Formal We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire suitable for an outdoor garden setting. For women: Floor-length dresses, midi dresses, or elevated formal wear For men: Suits or dress shirts with slacks Color Palette: We invite guests to wear neutral and muted tones such as cream, champagne, taupe, soft browns, sage, dusty blue, or other soft, earthy colors. Dark tones like black, navy, or deep green are also welcome. We kindly ask that guests avoid bright colors, bold patterns, and white. Details to keep in mind: * The ceremony and reception will be outdoors * Grass and natural terrain—choose shoes accordingly * Evenings in December can be cool—bring a light layer

Will there be alcohol?

We're delighted to offer a craft beer and wine bar throughout cocktail hour and reception. There will be no hard liquor, and our treat! All beverages are complimentary for our guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Los Willows but we recommend you take a Lyft/Uber to the Venue from your hotel.
