Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond by May 1, 2026 - the sooner the better! Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Any RSVPs received after May 1, 2026 will be marked as "will not attend" - we will be sending the final headcount to our venue shortly after this deadline and will not be able to make adjustments.

Question

Cannot attend?

Answer

You will be missed! Please select “will not attend" by May 1, 2026, to help us finalize our guest count. We also welcome you to celebrate with us through prayers, letters of encouragement and well wishes! If you have previously selected "will attend", but find that you will not make it, please visit the 'RSVP' tab and update your response.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we kindly request that guests adhere to the names listed on their invitation. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of guests you can RSVP for.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We respectfully request no children, aside from those formally invited to the wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We invite our guests to dress in semi-formal/formal attire. Ladies are welcome to choose a cocktail, midi, or floor length dress. Gentlemen can opt for a suit and tie, a sport coat, or a button-down shirt paired with dress pants. We kindly request that guests avoid casual clothing like jeans or leggings, as well as white, ivory, and cream tones, which are traditionally reserved for the bride.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

For the ceremony, the church offers plenty of onsite parking. For the reception, free parking is offered in the City of Green Bay Pine Street Parking Ramp, located next to Hotel Northland. Parking is free in the garage Friday after 6 PM – Monday before 6 AM. There are designated parking spots located on the 3rd Floor of the ramp that specify Hotel Northland Guest Parking. Please park as close as you can to section 3A. There will be a skywalk (accessed with room key only) connected to the hotel located there, along with an elevator and staircase to bring you down to street level to enter through the Lobby. The Skywalk connects to the hotel's 2nd Floor, with signs directing you to the guest elevators.

Question

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors.

Question

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

Our ceremony will have open seating, with reserved areas marked for immediate family members and the bridal party. We would love to have the space filled evenly with all our friends and family! For the reception, we’ve prepared a seating chart.

Question

Can we take our own pictures & videos throughout the day?

Answer

For our ceremony, we kindly request that all guests put away their phones and cameras, allowing the moment to remain undistracted. We've hired an incredible photographer and videographer to professionally document our entire day, so you can relax, be fully present, and celebrate with us. During the reception, we welcome you to capture and share your favorite memories!
