We're getting married!

Mariel and Jamie first met while Jamie was on holiday and Mariel was working at the Naked Tiger hostel in San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua. After a week-long holiday romance, the two parted ways, blissfully unaware of what their future might hold. After three and a half years apart, they would finally come together in England where they would build their life as they know it now. When the two got engaged in July of this past year, the idea of a wedding in Cornwall or Canada felt daunting. They knew that either way it would be a destination for half of the wedding so when Jamie jokingly said "Maybe we should just get married in Nicaragua," over lunch one day, the excitement and planning properly began. The two will be wed at the hostel that saw the beginning of their love story which has now been so beautifully transformed into Tiger Palms Mansion ("It's grown up with you guys!" my sister said), 7 years and 364 days to the date of their first meeting. Talk about a full-circle celebration xo
