Shuttle Package

Grocery & Liquor Run

This is your chance to pick up your own groceries, drinks, & essentials for your house/stay. The shuttles will take us (if you opt in for the shuttle package) or you can follow in your own car.
Pool Party & Welcome Dinner *& Marie's Birthday

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Pool party starts at 5pm. Spaghetti dinner & drinks will be provided around 6pm. Please use the RSVP page to let us know if you will be attending for dinner.

Waterfall Hike with Brunch & Drinks at the Mountain top view Restaurant

Comfortable tennis shoes & comfy clothes/ workout clothes
Shuttle will leave the main house at 9:00 am or if you will have a car you can follow us there. Brunch & drinks are not included, but the restaurant is reasonably priced. Park entrance is $5 per person. Your ride is included if you sign up for the shuttle package (More info about the shuttle package on the "FAQ's" page.) Drive is 25 minutes. Hike is an easy 1.5 miles to a big, gorgeous waterfall and the mountain top restaurant. There are lots of stairs. Then you can take the easy stairs back down or the more rustic hike down the mountain. There are also other activities offered at the Park, which you can look up on the park website. Please use the RSVP page to let us know if you will be joining us.
Wedding Rehearsal
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
If you are IN the wedding ceremony or playing music for the wedding meet in the main house backyard at 5:30pm. Marie, Jackie, Chase, Archer, Barrett, Andy, Ross, Brenda, Maddie, Morgan, Ashley, Angel, Heather T, Heather S, Kristin O, Kristen B, Erica, Arlene, Casey, Amber, Emily, Tristen, Nicole, & Malina (significant others can come too, just wanted to be sure everyone who needs to be there sees this)
Rehearsal Dinner for All

Tubing time for the wedding party. We will leave right from the backyard of the main house and the shuttles will pick us up 1.5 hours later down the river. Pack some drinks/snacks and please LET us know personally if you plan to come tubing. Marie, Jackie, Ross, Maddie, Morgan, Ashley, Angel, Heather T., Heather S., Kristin O., Kristen B., Erica, Arlene, Tristen, Emily, Casey, and Amber.
Excursion Day: Town of Blue Ridge
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Shuttle will leave the Main House at 3:30pm or if you have a car you can follow. Drive is 15-20 mins. Blue ridge is the tourist town of the area. It has a clear "main street" with shops, restaurants, artsy stuff, a historic railway, and a brewery. Your ride is included if you sign up for the shuttle package (More info about the shuttle package on the "FAQ's" page.)
Movie, Games, & Pizza Night

Join us at the main house for movies in the theater room, games, and a provided pizza & leftovers dinner. We'll also have popcorn & candy! Please also feel free to go do your own thing for your last night on your vacation! Just let us know using the RSVP page if you plan on joining us or not.
