Join Us On Our Special Day!

Someone I used to know invited me over to meet their brother and as soon as I saw him I swear I knew I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life. He was playing Call Of Duty: Black Ops (a shooting video game typically for guys) and I wanted to show off a little bit. I asked, "Is this Call Of Duty?" and he said "Yes it is, I'm surprised you knew that." with the BIGGEST smile on his face! And when he turned around and our eyes met , I knew right then and there why people always say 'I knew I was gonna marry him/her as soon as I first laid my eyes on them'. And just like that, we're engaged and getting married next summer!

Our first date, a couple nights after we first met, we went to IDK Bar & Grill for some karaoke with a couple work friends. They were having a blast singing and we weren't there for the music, we were there to really get to know each other. With that being said we snuck outside and sat in the car and just talked for a good 2 hours or so. I've never laughed so hard in my life. I thought "He's so adorable, charming and funny!" And we had our first kiss that night in the bar parking lot and sparks flew! So, on our 2 year anniversary, he drove us to our surprise destination. I opened my eyes and we were in the parking lot at IDK Bar & Grill and before I could speak I looked over and he pulled the ring out and said 'with a choked up raspy voice and teary eyes', "Will You Marry Me?" and I was just in tears! I screamed YES and jumped on him with happiness and excitement and immediately called my best friend, Autumn. One of the best days of my life!
