Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There are three hotel blocks: Spring Hill Suites, Hotel Indigo, and The Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. Is the RSVP only for the reception?

Answer

Yes, you are invited to both the ceremony and the reception. We only need a response for the reception by May 1st if possible!

Is it an outdoor or indoor wedding?

Answer

We knew it would be hot during this time, so the ceremony and the reception are both indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is easily accessible for both the ceremony and reception.

What health and safety precautions are you taking?

Answer

Masks are required for both the ceremony and the reception at this time. The tables will be spread out, and only eight people per table maximum. There are hand sanitizing stations available at the venue.

Will there be food and drinks served? What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be refreshments, cocktails and appetizers following the ceremony at the reception venue: Bermuda Run Country Club. Dinner will be served at the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know! Email us at marianne.rojas2@gmail.com.

We would love it if you could let us know on our website under the 'RSVP' tab by May 1st. We hope we get to celebrate together!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, Zola and Amazon. You can access both through our site on the 'gifts' tab. But know that your presence really is enough for us. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love it if you could come in formal attire but we want you to be comfortable! Ladies could wear a long evening dress, dressy suit, or formal cocktail-length dress, and the gentlemen could wear a suit and tie.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception location, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please take the flowers home from the centerpieces!
