Hotel + Flight (Expedia, Sunwing, others)

To make things easy (although not necessarily the best price at the moment), guests could look into Sunwing (Canada) or other third-party sites for flight + Hotel options. We did not secure a group discount with any third party travel agency as quotes provided were not competitive and required guests for a full upfront payment. Additionally, we wanted to provide our guest the flexibility to fly with their favourite airlines that works best for their needs ( air-miles, points, status, low-cost)
