What is the deadline to book my travel?
Answer
If using our group discount rate for the hotel, you will need to book by March 1st, 2026. However, we recommend to book as soon as posible to guarantee the hotel room of your preference. With the group discount with the hotel you only need to pay a deposit for the first night and the rest the day of arrival to the hotel.

What is included in the price of the hotel discount option?
Answer
The price includes your all-inclusive stay at the Royalton Riviera Cancun, which covers your room, meals, drinks, and resort activities. Please note that flights and airport transportation are not included and must be booked separately.

Are there recommended flight dates/times to arrive?

We will be in Cancún from May 17th to May 23rd. Guests are welcome to arrive and depart at any time during those dates.

Given that is mandatory for our guests to stay the wedding night in the Hotel, we do not recommend any other options.

Is it mandatory to stay at the resort where the wedding is hosted?
Answer
Yes. For access to wedding events and resort areas, all guests must stay at the Royalton during our wedding dates.

How many nights do we need to book?
Answer
You may book the number of nights that works best for you. If choosing a shorter stay, we recommend May 20th–23rd. For the group discount to apply you would need to book a minimum of 3 nights between May 20-24th. You can also use the discount to book up to 3 nights before and after that day; May 17 -27th.

What is included in the all-inclusive package?

The resort stay is fully all-inclusive. What is the dress code for the wedding?

Formal Beach Elegance Please celebrate with us in elegant pastels such as blush, peach, champagne, and soft neutrals. To let our bridal party stand out, kindly avoid wearing blue. White or ivory is reserved for the bride.

What should we wear for the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
We would love everyone dressed in all white for a chic pre-wedding celebration by the ocean. The event will take place on sand, light fabrics, breathable materials, and comfortable shoes are encouraged. Neutral accessories welcome. Let’s keep the look all white for stunning photos at sunset.

The ceremony will take place on solid ground, not directly on the sand.

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early.

The resort is all-inclusive, and tipping is not required. However, if you’d like to tip, cash is always welcomed.

We kindly ask that no physical gifts be brought or shipped. We will not have a gift registry. If you’d like to give something, a monetary gift would be most appreciated. We’re so grateful you’re joining us in Mexico, that’s truly the best gift we could ask for!

Do you prefer cash or a honeymoon fund?

If you choose to give a gift, a contribution in cash towards our honeymoon is appreciated.
