The Ferry

If you’re driving over from the mainland, be sure to book your ferry in advance from Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) to Departure Bay (Nanaimo). BC Ferries now requires advance bookings for this sailing, and walk-ons are no longer available.

Weekend Stay

A minimum 2-night stay is required at Mackenzie Beach Resort. To make sure everyone is part of the full celebration, the required two-night stay should be Friday night and Saturday night. This ensures we’re all together to say hello on Friday evening, the wedding day, and Sunday goodbyes. Of course, you’re welcome to extend your trip and enjoy more time in Tofino if you’d like!

This beautiful beachfront resort will be our home base for the weekend. Both our ceremony and reception will take place here, making it the perfect spot to celebrate and relax together.

Feel free to check out their website to see photos and details of all the accommodations. Zach and Mariana will be in an Airstream. If you live in Tofino or Ukee, please arrange a safe ride home.
