The dress code for the Ngomar is African dress. Most family and friends will be wearing "aso-ebi" which is a fabric that the bride's family chooses. The first aso-ebi that we picked is sold out but we have picked a second one which can be purchased at Jaama Ak Salam shop which is located opposite the Banjul Post office. If you are abroad and would like to purchase the aso-ebi fabric, please contact us. Otherwise, you can wear any red African fabric. See the photo of the aso-ebi above.
The dress code for the Moroccan tea is traditional Moroccan garb. Generally, kaftans, abayas, jalabiyas, and djellabas. You can find very beautiful traditional Moroccan clothes on etsy.com.
