The wedding party will be starting the weekend off early and getting cabins/rooms at The Ranch. We will be doing a lot of prep work and hanging out. The more the merrier, just be sure to check in with Mariam in advance to reserve a room or cabin for Thursday.

For those who reserved a Room or Cabin, check-in is at 3pm. Guests who plan to camp Friday night can come and set up tents and/or RVs. Feel free to explore the property and venue, or enjoy nearby sights and activities (check out Local Activities page).
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
The wedding party will be running through a brief rehearsal of Saturday's ceremony.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Bathing Suit or Ball Gown
The Bride and Groom's family and the wedding party will be gathering at the lodge's cookhouse for the Rehearsal Dinner. For other guests who are camping out Friday night, there will be a communal kitchen you can borrow to cook, or feel free to bring something to throw on the multiple BBQs provided by the venue.

Guests arriving Friday please feel free to join us after the rehearsal dinner to celebrate Mariam's 31st trip around the sun, so come give some hugs and eat some pie!

For those of you staying in the lodge or in cabins, breakfast is included both Saturday and Sunday mornings. If you are camping out Friday and/or Saturday nights you can buy breakfast for $12.
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
For those of you who booked a room/cabin arriving Saturday, check-in is at 3pm, You're welcome to come check out the property as early as 11am. Take a look at the activities page to get ideas on how to kill time before the party! Campers please come early to set up tents and park RVs or trailers. We encourage all set-up to be complete before the ceremony and reception.
4:00 pm
Please arrive between 3pm and 4pm, if you arrive late and distract everyone from our vows you'll be caught on video and publicly shamed during the reception :-)
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
BBQ Dinner and wine/beer/non-alcoholic beverages provided. Feel free to bring your own hard liquor and mixers as desired.
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Wear dancing shoes
Local Vinyl DJ John Parry will be rockin' the woods. If you need to find the Bride, she'll be on the dance-floor.
9:00 am - 10:00 am
Again, for guests staying in the Lodge or in Cabins breakfast is included Sunday morning. Campers can pay $12 for breakfast. There is a kitchen in the lodge as well as the cabins to prep your own breakfast as well if you choose to bring some of your own food for the weekend.
11:00 am
Check-out time for Cabins and Lodge rooms, goodbyes to family and friends, clean-up time.
11:30 am
Final clean-up and sweep of the property. Local family and friends feel free to stay and help or offer to take supplies back to Hood River as needed.
6:00 pm
We will likely be too pooped to cook or clean, or do much of anything really. For friends and family coming from out of town who are still around Sunday night, feel free to join us for dinner in Hood River. We hate it when parties end, so let's keep the good times rolling! Location to be determined.
