This event is a black apparel wedding! We'd love for our guests to join us in celebrating our special day by incorporating the color black into their formal attire. Women: Black cocktail/formal dresses or pants/jumpsuits Men: Dark suits/jackets or white/black dress shirts
We will have a shuttle bus for guests staying at the Drury Inn Hotel beginning at 3:45 p.m. - 4:10 p.m. to shuttle guests to the venue and starting back up at 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. to shuttle guests back to the hotel. We want our guests to be safe!
We have reserved a room block at the Drury Inn Hotel in Mount Vernon. You can book online by using the link on the "Accommodations" page. The group number for the discount should automatically be connected to that link. Reservations can also be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 and referring to the group number 10137009. To receive the discount please book before August 20th, 2025.

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. We kindly ask for guests to arrive by 4:00 p.m.- 4:15 p.m. Entrance/parking to the venue will not be permitted after 4:15 p.m. until the ceremony has ended. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour starting at 5 p.m. The reception will begin around 6:00 p.m.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you to let your hair down and celebrate with us on this special day!
