What airport should I fly into?

Answer

It is up to you! You have two main options, so pick whichever feels like the best fit to you: San Francisco International Airport: Larger airport that will likely have the most flight options. It is about 45 minutes from our wedding venue but great to fly into if you plan to do some exploring of the Bay Area before or after the wedding Oakland International Airport: Closer to where Mariah and Markell live but a smaller airport. The area is less populated than in SF and this means they offer cheaper flights and travel to and from the airport will be easier. 40 minutes from venue. *both airport directly connect to the subway system, the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART, for short) which can get you closer to your hotel and tourist attractions in the Bay

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

We recommend taking a look at the our hotel recs under the Travel tab and buying as soon as you are able. September is considered peak season in Napa Valley for weddings and general travel so hotels will fill up. Don't wait and go ahead and book the stay that fits your style. Many travel sites allow you to book now and pay later.

When should I buy my flight?

Answer

We recommend turning on Google Flight Tracker so that they can tell you the best time to buy your flight and guarantee you get the best deal. We'd recommend taking a look at prices now and buying before summertime to avoid high costs

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We looked into hotel blocks but at the hotels we recommended for our guests, the booking price is higher with a block than if you booked on your own. For this reason, we do not have a hotel block but have instead provided a detailed list of our personally recommended hotels in the area and our reviews of them. You can find this on our website under the Travel tab and we hope it will help make the process easier for you in booking your stay
