What do I do if I cannot make it to the event?

Please let us know as soon as possible! We will miss you, but we understand that things happen and would appreciate to know about it prior!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be OUTDOORS, but can and will be moved indoors if necessary. The reception will be indoors! There is plenty of space for everyone, and all amenities are on the same level!

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! There is lots of parking available!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Plus ones will be indicated on invites - if it is not indicated on your invite, please don't bring anyone extra! We love to share our love, but for monetary and space reasons we ask that you please abide by this!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Though we love kiddos - we ask that unless your child/children are indicated on the invite, please leave them home! Use this day as a child-free getaway and enjoy yourself!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the event starts. This will allow for events to start on time and move smoothly, and you won't miss anything!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! This is a semi-formal event. Please dress up more than your casual self! Ladies - please avoid wearing white or shades of blue if possible. Gentleman - tidy up!

What color is the wedding party and family wearing?

Answer

The wedding party will be in light dusty blue and navy blue with light gray, and immediate family will be in silver and blue!

Are there seating arrangements?

Answer

There will be reserved seats during the ceremony for immediate family, but feel free to sit wherever you'd like other than that! During the reception, there will be arranged seating.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

NO! We ask that you live in the moment with us and refrain from using any cell phones or cameras during the ceremony. We have amazing photographers that are sure to capture every moment. This is an unplugged ceremony!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There is an ongoing beer, wine, and soda package for a couple hours once cocktail hour starts, approximately 4:00pm. After this time, there will be a cash bar available.
