Flight
Cancun International Airport
When booking your flights, plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. The wedding ceremony is on March 28, 2026. Please note: If you arrive before check-in time (3:00 PM), you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
The resort is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. To avoid inflated taxi prices, we strongly recommend arranging private transportation in advance. Other trusted options include: USA Transfers, Happy Shuttle, TripAdvisor, and Viator. For Guests Staying at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe (3 Nights+) Complimentary airport transportation has been arranged. Transportation Provider: BX3 Representative: Bruno Paez Phone: +52 998 302 8580 We recommend downloading WhatsApp prior to travel for easy communication. Arrival times have been coordinated, and some guests may share transportation. Your name will be on the approved list. Upon Landing After collecting your luggage, message the transportation provider. Exit immigration and customs with your full travel party (re-entry is not permitted). DO NOT STOP at transportation booths inside the airport - these are not affiliated with your transfer. These are often timeshare or sales representatives. Proceed directly outside the glass exit doors to the designated pickup area. Look for a sign that reads: MARIA & WILLIAM WEDDING A BX3 representative will escort you to your private vehicle.Drive time to the resort is approximately 20 minutes. Return Transportation Return airport transportation is the responsibility of each guest. We recommend arranging it in advance.

There are 5 different room categories available under the room block: 1. Ocean View: 2 Queen Beds Room (One Bed Option) 2. Premium Ocean View: 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds (Two Bed Options) 3. Enclave Beachfront: 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds (Two Bed Options), Access to Enclave Amenities 4. Enclave Beachfront Whirlpool Suite: 1 King Bed & Two Murphy Beds, Living Room and Dining Area, Access to Enclave Amenities 5. Enclave Beachfront Plunge Pool Suite: 1 King Bed & Two Murphy Beds, Living Room and Dining Area, Access to Enclave Amenities BALCONY OPTIONS: The Terrace Balcony is larger and includes lounge chairs for added comfort. The Juliette Balcony is a standing-only option with no seating. You may request your preferred balcony type by noting it in the Special Requests section when booking. CHILDREN POLICY: Children are complimentary when sharing the room with their parents (0-4 years old). After this age (5-12 years old), children rate will be $99.00 USD, when sharing the room with their parents. Children 13 years + are considered as an adult group rate $179.00 USD. PASSPORT
You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. If you have a USA passport, you do NOT need a Visa to travel to Cancun, Mexico.
