Yes, a valid passport is required for all travelers entering Mexico, including U.S. and Canadian citizens. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. If you have a USA passport, you do NOT need a Visa to travel to Cancun, Mexico. Pro Tip: Make sure you check with your airline for any travel-specific requirements.

All breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, snacks and drinks (including alcohol), are included at the twelve restaurants and bars - as well as a mini fridge that’s restocked daily. Additionally, there are activities at the pools, beach service, kids pool and waterslides. YES! We ask all to please put devices away for the ceremony as this special moment will be professionally captured. Please remain "in the moment" with us. After the ceremony please feel free to capture as many photos/videos as you'd like!
Wedding Events: Thursday - Catamaran: Swimwear, Sandals, & Sunscreen (All White Attire Optional) Light, breathable fabrics are recommended - think resort wear, linen, or flowy sets. Swimsuits are encouraged if you plan to swim while docked in Isla Mujeres. Please bring: Sunscreen, hat & sunglasses, cash (small USD bills) for purchases or tips on the island Friday - Welcome Gathering: All White Attire White tones only. Flowy dresses, linen pieces, and solid styles are preferred. Saturday - Wedding: Formal Attire We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white or blue on our wedding day. The ceremony will be held indoors. Cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors on a terrace. LADIES: Warm sand and earthy tones are encouraged. Formal dresses or elegant sets are perfect. GENTLEMAN: Suits in soft, neutral tones are encouraged. Sage, olive, soft brown, or muted mauve tones.
Yes! We specifically chose a family friendly resort so that everyone could join. This resort has a great Kids Club that welcomes children ages 4 -12 to enjoy: Playground and splash pool, indoor playroom with video games, crafts and karaoke kid section & pool. However, please note that the Catamaran Day Cruise, which is part of our wedding weekend events, will be an adults-only experience.
Our ceremony will take place indoors. The cocktail hour and the reception will take place outdoors on a terrace.
Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of! During check-in, and at the restaurants the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay!
It is not going to be vegan. :) As many of you know, we’ve transitioned from a vegan to a pescetarian lifestyle over the past couple of years. That said, our wedding menu will not be limited to our personal dietary choices. We’re committed to creating a delicious and inclusive experience that accommodates a wide range of dietary preferences and needs—because celebrating with all of you means making sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy! *If you have meal restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP.
