Have a question? We're here to help. We've gathered answers to the most common questions to help you prepare for our celebrations with ease. If there's anything else you're wondering, please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom. The "RSVP" and "Registry" sections will follow in Early 2026. For now, we're excited to share an overview of our celebration and travel details to help you plan ahead!
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP and Registry details will follow in Early 2026.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the 4th of April 2026, using the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we do not receive your RSVP back by this date, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide our total guest count with our venue and vendors and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. When you RSVP, you will be able to see if a plus one has been included for you. If you are unsure or have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We've chosen to make our wedding an adult celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the day. That said, we completely understand that young infants may need to stay close to mom, please reach out to us if this applies to your family.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We have a Black Tie Optional dress code. Think tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen, and floor length or formal cocktail dresses for ladies. For more guidance, visit the "Dress Code" section.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a limited room block at Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe, our main hotel. Please see the "Travel" section for more details. We recommend reserving early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3pm, so please arrive no later than 2:45pm.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Limited parking may be available at the church and reception venue, but we recommend arranging a taxi or Uber. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask you to be present with us. We have a professional photographer and videographer who will capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture the day and encourage you to snap and post away!

Question

What are my dinner options?

Answer

You will be able to select your meal preference when you RSVP. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate for you.
