If I have a temperature over 99.0 will I be denied entry?
Answer
Yes, anyone over 99.0 will be denied entry into the venue. If you are feeling ill or have a temperature, please remain home and notify Maria and Marlena ASAP that you are unable to attend.

What is the ACL Live waiver I am required to sign upon entry?
Answer
The ACL Live waiver states that you have not exhibited any COVID symptoms, had a fever, or been in contact with anyone at risk of having COVID, recently.

Will I be denied entry if I do not sign the waiver?
Answer
Yes, any guests that can not sign the waiver will be denied entry.
Question
If I am late, will I still be allowed entrance to the wedding?
Answer
No. Once doors close – late guests will NOT be let in, in order to respect others’ timelines.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
Out of respect for the next party, the ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY must arrive no later than 11:45AM.

Are all Guests required to wear masks?
Answer
ABSOLUTELY! ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE ON-SITE WEARING A MASK. ACL LIVE WILL NOT SUPPLY MASKS.

Is ACL supplying face masks?
Answer
No, but Maria and Marlena are supplying all guests with custom face masks handmade my Terry Rodriguez.

When we arrive, what should we do?
Answer
When you arrive, please wait, socially distanced, in front of the ACL Live main gates located at Lavaca and 2nd Street. A staff member will escort the entire party into the venue.

Will a live stream of the wedding be provided?
Answer
We will be provided with a PRIVATE YouTube link where friends & family can live stream the ceremony in real time so no one has to miss this special moment. An email or text of the private link sent to virtual guests individually.

Are there public restrooms available?
Answer
The wedding party will be greeted by an ACL Live staff member and escorted onto the Music Porch and placed into Line Queue. The next time restrooms will be available is at the 3TEN reception area.

How does the registry work?
Answer
The link will take take you to the website to purchase the item. Upon purchase the website updates the total quantity, removing item from total requested.
