ACL Live Safety Protocol

11:45 am - 12:00 pm

Staff performing prescreening questionnaire and temperature checks prior to venue entry. Please note for everyone's safety and health, anyone with a temperature will be unable to enter the venue. ****This is the only time the restrooms will be accessible to guests****

ACL Live Headliner Ceremony

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm

Join us at the ACL Live Headliner stage with the iconic Austin City Limits skyline backdrop where guests are escorted to custom lounge vignettes seating on ACL Live concert floor. Listen for the processional song playing over the state of the art sound system as the couple takes their place on the historic stage to exchange their 'I Do's' and the Newlywed's first dance.

ACL LIVE Backstage Bash

12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us at ACL Live's Backstage area for a bubbly champagne toast to the Newlyweds. Strike a pose in the Smilebooth photo booth while listening to our custom playlist!

3TEN After - Party

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us downstairs at the 3TEN ACL stage for poured champagne, Newlywed couple's W Cake Cutting (at 1:15), 6-dozen warm Tiff's Treats Cookies, a glittering disco ball, custom lighting, custom playlist and mood set for dancing and celebrating the day.

Wedding Group Photo Outside ACL-Live Venue

2:00 pm - 2:15 pm

After the after-party we'd love to have a few group wedding pictures of all our guests. If you don't wish to be in the photos we understand and we THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for joining us on this special day.
