Do I have to stay at Sandals Ochi?

Answer

You are highly encouraged to stay at Sandals Ochi. Guests not staying at the resort will need to pay a fee to visit the resort. DAY PASS $125.00 EVENING PASS $140.00 FULL DAY PASS $240.00

Must I pay in full when booking my room?

Answer

No. A deposit of $400 per room is required to secure your reservation. An initial payment of $98 is due when booking you room and the balance of $302 is due 21 days after the initial payment. Reservation must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.

What is included if I stay at Sandals Ochi

Answer

All meals, anytime snacks, fine dining, sailing, water skiing, snorkeling, other land sports, Wi-Fi in all public areas and in all room categories. Airport transfers, resort transfers, top–shelf drinks, all tips, gratuities, and hotel taxes are also included. Additional amenities received at time of booking.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Sandals Ochi offers complimentary round-trip transfers to and from Montego Bay International Airport and Norman Manley International Airport.

How do I claim my complimentary transfer?

Answer

Approximately three days prior to your arrival, please call Sandals Ochi with your flight information. Sandals Ochi will arrange your complimentary transfer to the resort. Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the Sandals desk or lounge.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held on the beach, therefore, we discourage high heels as you will be walking on the sand.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Jamaica

Answer

Vaccination: Not Required COVID-19 Test: Required - taken within 72 hours prior to arrival Test-Type: RT-PCR swab test or Nasopharyngeal Antigen test within 72 hours of the arrival date. Self-administered tests or home kits will not be accepted. Important: Print and travel with a copy of the Covid-19 RT-PCR swab test or Nasopharyngeal Antigen test with a negative result, copy of approved travel authorization, and proof of travel insurance. These documents must be presented upon arrival in Jamaica.

U.S. Re-entry Requirements

Answer

All vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within one (1) day of travel to the United States. Free On Resort U.S. Re-entry COVID-19 test
