Welcome Event

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The welcoming cocktail will be held at the roof deck of this beautiful boutique hotel in the Old City of Cartagena. 15 minute cab ride from Hilton Hotel. Afterwards, feel free to go and enjoy dinner at any of the beautiful restaurants in the old city of Cartagena. See "Things to do" for recommended restaurants.

Church Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Men : Formal Guayabera ( White linen shirt) Women: Formal floor-length Gowns

The Iglesia de Santo Toribio is located in "La Ciudad Antigua," the historic Walled City. If you are staying in a Hotel in "La Ciudad Antigua" The church sits right at the edge of the Plaza Fernandez de Madrid. There will be a bus departing from the Hilton hotel at 2:50pm. There will be another bus taking the guests back to the Hilton for cocktails and dinner after the ceremony.

Chiva Ride

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

A colorful wooden bus with onboard musicians, it will take you on a historical tour to see the main attractions of Cartagena. More details to come!

Isla Majagua (Rosario Island)

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Bathing suit and beach clothes

60 minutes away from Cartagena by boat. The San Pedro de Majagua Hotel is located in Isla Grande, one of the 28 islands of the National Natural Park Corales del Rosario. We are going to take a day tour on Sunday October 10th. If you would like to join us please rsvp and we will forward the details. This is an all day trip (8:00am-5:00pm). We will hang out on a private beach, eat fresh local seafood, paddle board, snorkel etc. Price includes Boat Trip, and Lunch: $265,000 pesos ($75 USD) if you get a whole fish or $312,000 pesos ($89 USD) if you get lobster.
