Please RSVP no later than April 21. The ceremony and reception will take place at the Colloca Estate Winery. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 so we ask you arrive no later than 4:00. There will be shuttle service available from each hotel, to and from the ceremony. If you want to take a shuttle, it will be leaving the Best Western and Clarion Hotel at 3:15 pm. It will then stop at The Pleasant Beach Hotel, before it’s final destination to the Colloca Winery. Complete details and schedules are posted on the FAQ page. Since the wedding ceremony takes place outside (weather permitting) on the beautiful bay-view grounds of the winery, it is advised that appropriate outside attire is worn for the ceremony portion of the wedding event. There will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:30pm and a reception following in the Grand Ballroom, with a full course meal served family style. We are adding an extra hour of celebration (9:30 pm - 10:30pm) - wood fired pizzas and a loaded baked potato bar will be served, so you don’t go home hungry!
