When should I RSVP and how do I do it?

Answer

Although it isn't typically customary to RSVP this early, it is helpful for us to know how many people are attending ASAP. If you are attending, It is also important for you to make a deposit through the travel agency sooner than later as room rates are only blocked until April 15 before they are released.

Do I need to pay in full to reserve a room?

Answer

No, a $150 per person deposit can be made through the link to liberty travel. After that, a payment plan can be set up with final payments needing to be in 3 months prior to the wedding.

Should I book a room even though flight information isn't out yet?

Answer

Yes. In fact, at this point you don't have to confirm the actual dates of travel with the agent. You can make a deposit and wait for flight pricing to adjust your check-in date according to cheapest flight rates.

Can I get group rates for less than 7 nights of stay?

Answer

Yes, group rates for the wedding start at a 3 night minimum up to and including a 7 nights stay. The group rates also cover different categories of rooms (tropical view up to ocean front preferred club). Group rates start on Wednesday May 13th and end on Wednesday May 20th. Contact the travel agent for more information.
