Carmel Arts & Design District
This is Carmel Indiana's downtown Mainstreet! This area is full of local shops, cafes, restaurants/bars, and leads right to the Monon Trail. Among our favorites on this street are Muldoon's on Main, Bazbeaux Pizza, Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream, Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, Indie Coffee Roasters, and The Olive Mill. These are just a few of the spots this area has to offer!
Midtown Plaza Carmel
This is Carmel's Midtown Plaza located just a short walk on the Monon from the Arts and Design district. This area holds some of our earliest and favorite memories. Sun King Brewery (Our first date), Fork and Ale House (Our first date after becoming exclusive), Java House (We never miss a date here when we visit Carmel), and The GOAT (Probably the best bar in Carmel for a good time). These are just a few of our favorites but there is so much more!
Indianapolis Motor Speedway
For those of you that are from out of town and are looking for some exclusive Indy history: The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is home to the Indy 500 and is a yearly tradition for us! Our first race experience as a couple was in May 2023. If you're looking for something fun to do outside of Carmel, we definitely recommend the IMS. The museum is packed with Indy 500 history and artifacts, and you can also get a tour of the track and pagoda!
