Unless we say so, NO. Do NOT bring children. If we tell you that you can bring your child, you are responsible for whatever they do. Do not let them scream, cry, run around, etc... This is not a play ground.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

All events will be starting promptly at the specified time. If you are late, you will miss the event. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.

What if I just bring my kids/plus-one anyway?

Then there are plenty of law enforcement officers attending who will gladly escort you off the premises.
