Shuttle

A shuttle from Silver Fox Company will be at each of the below hotel block locations for any guests wishing to take transportation to and/or from the wedding day! Please be promptly ready at 3:30pm to load into the shuttle. It will be located outside of the lobby entrance and depart no later than 3:45pm on April 25, 2026. The shuttles will do 2 loops to the venue before the ceremony. One at 3:45pm and the last at 4:00pm. These shuttles will return back to these hotels at the end of the evening! Hotel points of pick up and drop off: - AC Hotel Charlotte City Center - DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center - Marriott City Center We kindly ask that you confirm the number of seats needed for your party, both to and/or from the event, on your RSVP.
