Flight

LaGuardia Airport

Taxi rides to and from LaGuardia Airport (LGA) are charged the standard metered fare, plus a $5.00 surcharge and all other applicable surcharges.

Flight

John F. Kennedy International Airport

Taxi fare between Manhattan and John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) in either direction is capped at $70 plus additional surcharges. While we do not recommend it for first-time visitors, JFK Airport can be reached by subway. If you are planning to use this mode of transportation, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with guidance on how to navigate the subway system.

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport

Taxi rides to Newark Airport (EWR) are charged the standard metered fare plus an additional $20.00 Newark Surcharge. Travelers can also take the Newark Air Train to NJ transit options that will take you into the City (either via the PATH system at Newark Penn Station or the Subway at New York Penn Station), though we don't recommend this option for first-time travelers.

Train

The Subway

To ride the subway, you will need to purchase a MetroCard from a station booth or a vending machine. Alternatively, you can tap to pay by holding your cell phone or wirelessly-enabled credit card over the turnstyle sensors. More information about the subway can be found under the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of this website.
