Due to space constraints with the venue, we ask that you only bring a plus one or kids if your invite specifies you have a plus one or lists you and your family. (Ex: Jon Doe & Jane Doe or Jon Doe & Plus One vs. just Jon Doe or Jon Doe & Family vs. Jon Doe). On the other hand, if you have received an invite for your whole family and would prefer to come and have a night for just adults, that is also completely acceptable. We know that many people are traveling from out of town, so if it is easier, you can just bring the adult members of your party. Thanks for understanding! If you have concerns, please reach out to Margaret or Zack to discuss. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
Semi-formal attire is encouraged! We'd love to see everyone in their favorite suits and dresses! Please avoid wearing white, purple or yellow as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.
There are many great hotels and AirBnBs in Mesa and the Phoenix Metro area. We had a room block with the Courtyard Marriot (1221 South Westwood, Mesa, AZ 85210) but the locked in rate expired on February 28th so if you’re still looking for accommodations we recommend checking sites like Trivago or Hotels.com for deals.

Yes, you can park at the venue, but you cannot leave your car there overnight. As there is an Open Bar, we urge guests who want to drink to use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. Our group at the hotel wasn’t large enough to qualify for shuttle service so that will not be offered but the wedding party can help arrange transport as needed. We want everyone to get home safely!
Yes, the ceremony is currently planned to take place outside. The grass at the venue is artificial turf so it should not impact your shoes. We will all then move to a covered patio for cocktail hour after the ceremony and indoors for the reception.
There is no pressure to bring a gift. We are just excited to have you join us! We know that many of our guests are coming in from out of town. Because of this and the fact that we are planning to move abroad within a little over a year from our wedding, we kept our registry brief. However, if you're still wanting to celebrate with us in this way, we have included a Honeymoon Fund on our Registry tab. Alternatively, you can bring a physical card if you prefer for the gift table.
The ceremony and parts of the reception will be live-streamed via Facebook. You can find the live stream here: https://facebook.com/events/s/zack-and-margarets-wedding/1439347080457052/.
There will be a rehearsal practice for the wedding party on the Saturday before the wedding. Then there will be a rehearsal dinner on Saturday evening for the wedding party and out of town guests. Those who are invited to the rehearsal dinner can see this in the RSVP section of the website when they search their names. Since the wedding is on a Sunday, there are no additional events planned afterwards. We encourage you to explore the Things to Do page if you're coming in before the wedding or staying a few days after to find local activities!
