The US Naval Academy is open for tours! You can book an official tour or you can walk around campus yourself. Plan time to walk around so you can see the crypt of John Paul Jones, the grave of John McCain, and the famous "Don't Give Up The Ship" flag. Note from Maren: I've had the chance to visit Wyatt at USNA many times over the years and it is a gorgeous campus!
Touring the monuments has always been a fun and special time for Maren and I. Some of our favorites are the Lincoln memorial, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, and the Smithsonian museums. We recommend downloading the app "SpotHero" to find cheaper parking spots.
Get a "RoosTart" from a frequently visited food spot in Annapolis. These homemade poptarts are both huge and super tasty.

Don't forget to grab a cupcake from Georgetown Cupcakes—they’re a must-try. Whether you're walking by the river or checking out the main streets, Georgetown is a great place to hang out and enjoy the day.
Maren and I aren't allowed to talk about our super secret trip to the Spy Museum...but if I had to guess what someone would say about it, the International Spy Museum in DC is packed with cool exhibits on espionage, from real-life spy gadgets to undercover missions. It's a fun and interactive way to dive into the secretive world of spies. Tickets are limited, so make sure to buy them in advance if you plan on going!
