Group Hike

Athletic clothes: Bring water and backpack or fanny pack for your lunch and snacks.
Meet us in front of reception at 8:45am. At 9am, we'll caravan to the Taft Point/Sentinel Dome parking area - about 1.5 hours from the resort - and enjoy two easy yet breathtaking hikes. Pack a lunch or let us know what you'll want to eat and we'll have it charged to your room. Hike 1 - Sentinel Dome is a 2.2 mile round trip hike, and is rated easy. It's the second highest point above the rim of Yosemite Valley and has panoramic views of Half Dome, Yosemite Valley, and many distant High Sierra peaks. We'll stop to eat lunch on the dome. Hike #2 - If you're thirsty for more, after that we'll double back and hike Taft Point, another 2.2 miles round trip. This hike boasts amazing views of El Capitan.
Rehearsal Dinner
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Around 8pm, we'll be heading to the John Muir House for a slideshow and a nightcap.

Forest Formal: Ladies, please wear chunky heels or flats. Bring a jacket or shawl as it will cool off at night.
Dinner Reception

The ground for the event is wooded, so ladies, feel free to wear chunky heels or flats. Also note that Yosemite can get chilly at night. Feel free to bring a jacket or pashmina.
