Some tips and tricks:
- You only need to enter your first or last name, not both.
- The website won't recognize nicknames or shortened names, so it may be best to enter your last name to be safe.
- Only enter one name from the family, and all members should pop up as an option.
- After a couple failed attempts, the website may lock you out. We wish we could change this, but it doesn't appear to be possible. If this happens, please come back to the website in 30 minutes and try again.
