Please dress in formal attire. Note that the ceremony will be on grass so consider that for footwear. The dress code for welcome drinks is spring cocktail attire.
Temperatures will be around mid-60s in late May. There may be some wind at Camp Hero, where the ceremony will be.
The ceremony will take place outdoors at Camp Hero (Montauk Point State Park) and the cocktail hour will also be outside at 360 East at Montauk Downs. Guests will move inside for the reception. Note that the Ceremony will move inside at 360 East at Montauk downs in the case of rain.
Yes, transportation will be provided from The Beachcomber to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception and then back to the hotel after.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available both at the ceremony and the wedding venue (360 East at Montauk Downs). There is no valet parking.
Please let us know when you RSVP whether you have any dietary restrictions and we will make sure to account for it. Note that cocktail hour and the reception will include vegan and vegetarian options.
While we aren't requiring it, we strongly encourage guests to be vaccinated. Note that the U.S does still require proof of vaccination to enter the country.
