“We are getting married!”

Sometimes love is written long before two hearts ever meet. For us, it began with two incredible women, our parents Aunty Cecelia Johnson and Mrs. Esteria Woods White whose friendship blossomed in their youth back in Liberia and grew into a bond as deep as family here in the US. Over the years, they shared life’s joys and challenges, and they knew each other’s hearts well. One day, they saw something we didn’t yet see that their son and daughter were perfectly made for each other. With a little nudge (and a lot of wisdom), they introduced us, and the conversations began to flow, endless texts, late-night phone calls, laughter shared across miles. One spring, our worlds finally met in person in Atlanta, Georgia. That evening, we shared our first date and pleasantries at a fine dining Atlanta’s restaurant, we had a very elaborated eye-locking conversation and from that moment, something inside both of us just knew… we had found our forever and we are happy to share our wonderful nuptial with you.
