Garey Park
Our wedding venue is actually located in this beautiful park! Great for picnics and playtime for the kiddos. The park is equipped with a small fishing pond, playground, 7 miles of hiking, splashpad and dog park. There is a $4 entrance fee at the gate.
Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill
This was the first restaurant we ate at while we visited Georgetown for the first time. Food was delish and their cocktails were refreshing!
Grape Creek on the Square - Tasting Room
Amazing wine! Buy by the bottle or glass. This was our go-to place to have a drink while we did some wedding planning. We have visited their winery in Fredericksburg often!
600 Degrees Pizzeria
Want a giant slice of pizza? This is the place!
Blue Hole Park
This is a local swimming hole right on the San Gabriel River. Open dawn to dusk. There is a burger joint walking distance from the swimming hole if you get hungry after soaking in the sun!
Barrels and Amps
Your typical burger and bar type of joint with a decent sized beer list!
Monument Cafe
A 1940's cafe style with yummy breakfast. Frequented often by the Matthew McConaughey himself!
