The Astros were in the World Series against the Dodgers and went to Game 7 that night. The Astros had just *won the World Series (*We know, we know. But we won't let the asterisk ruin our love story!). As the fans cheered and celebrated throughout the night, our paths crossed amid the excitement. There was an instant connection between us that went past the love of a good baseball game. Before the night ended, we made plans for our official first date to the movies for later that week.
