When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to arrive by 13:45pm to ensure a smooth and timely start to our ceremony which will take place at the Armada Hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for everyone to dress in a formal attire. Think suit and tie, dresses below the knee, etc. Dress up, have fun, and get ready to celebrate with us!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding day. For our Day 2 in The Forge, kids are more than welcome to celebrate with us.

Is transportation available between venues or to/from hotels?

Answer

Yes! A local taxi service will be available. Gerard Griffin will be driving between the hotel, Miltown Malbay, and nearby accommodation throughout the evening. You can reach him directly at +353(0) 87782485 to arrange a lift.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Depending on the weather, (hopefully) our ceremony will take place outside, with our reception and dinner/dancing inside later in the night.

What will happen at the Day 2?

On the 7th August, we’ll be kicking things off around 3:00pm at The Forge in Miltown Malbay with singing and dancing. Food will be served around 4:30–5:00 PM. After everyone’s had a bite, the traditional Irish seisiún (music session) will continue, followed by a live band playing into the evening. Please also RSVP for our Day 2!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include them in your RSVP, and we’ll make sure there’s something delicious for you.
