What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We would love our friends and family to join us in dressing up. Please note that the wedding will be outdoors. Although their will be a tent, cabin and some shade it will be outdoors in early August. Ladies please don't wear white, creme or ivory! The bears, cougars, and varmints will unleash on you.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Due to limited guest count and the desire to create an intimate celebration between our close friends and family, we are only accommodating those guests formally invited on the invitation. When you RSVP if you have received a plus one, their name or "guest" will appear on the website. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We love little ones, sometimes. However, we are requesting NO KIDS (unless otherwise stated on your invite) at our ceremony and reception. We encourage you to use this as a kid-free date night! This also applies for your furry kids as well, please leave your pets at home and enjoy the night.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by July 1st, 2026 at the latest! Any late RSVP's will be automatically declined.

What If I Do Not RSVP In Time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you or your party if you RSVP late. We will need to provide vendors exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible! Any RSVP later than the final date will be an AUTOMATIC DECLINE and we will not be able to accommodate seating or food and drink for you.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes, we will provide beer, wine, seltzers, and non alcoholic options!

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony we are requesting you put away your phone and be fully present in the moment. No phones or cameras during the ceremony. However, after the ceremony and during the cocktail hour and the reception feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them!

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a shuttle from the Fraser Holiday Inn to the venue at 2pm and 3pm. The shuttle will take you back to the Fraser Holiday Inn at 9pm and 11:30pm. If you stay elsewhere, or would like to leave at a different time, please plan accordingly. There is plenty of parking available at the venue! *Times may vary depending on RSVP count*
