So it all started one day when I was working at City Sports Club. A girl walked in, I was like “Oh she is cute” so I said "hello". She stared me down like I was a crazy guy, ignored me, and walked away. Wow! On a different day she came in again, I said, “Hello, how are you doing ?” She stopped and asked, "Are you the new OM (Operation Manager)?" I replied, "yes, why?". And her response was, "Oh OK" and walked away. After some time she warmed up to me. She would do a quick "hi" when she would walk in. I started visiting her at her work, Starbucks. I hated coffee but I used it as an excuse to go see her & say hello. After several weeks of this cat and mouse game, I finally builded up the courage to ask her out on a date. To my surprise, she said yes but only because her plans fell through that night. On our first date we went out for fancy dinner at BJ’s Brewhouse. After dinner we took a stroll in downtown San Jose, we sat on a bench at Cesar Chavez Park. At the park we had first-class entertainment which included two rats fighting over food and drunk homeless fighting over beer. We ended the night at Flames having chocolate cake. After our first date, we spend many more dates at a pizza parlor where we got to know each other better. Eventually where we would have our first kiss. THE PROPOSAL : After many wonderful years together and contemplating life with her I finally decide to ask her to be my wife. The question was, How ? So I decided to take her to the middle of nowhere to Jackson Hole Wyoming and proposed to her in 12 degree weather while it snowed. No one was outside because it was freezing. No amount of tequila would have kept us warm in that weather. To my surprise when I asked, she didn't say yes. She was very excited, jumped up and down, questioning what I was doing as she hit me multiple times. At that moment I forgot how cold it was, I was so happy! She eventually said yes, we kissed, hugged, and then we both realized the ring was still in my hand and laughed. I told her I wanted to marry her THIS September and now we are here, planning a wedding in 9 months and hoping you make it this September 30th, 2022.

COMO NOS CONOCIMOS : Cuando iba a la universidad era consistente con mi tiempo de gimnasio. Cuando entraba en el gimnasio (City Sports) después de la escuela me saludaba el mismo muchacho todos los días. Era, Marcos. El hacia un esfuerzo para tener una conversación conmigo. LA PROPUESTA DE MARTIMONIO: Era Diciembre , estaba frio y había mucha nieve en Jacksonhole, Wyoming. Comenzamos nuestro paseo por el parque. Marcos me paro bajo un arco con luces y dijo "debemos tomar una foto aquí", intentó establecer su cámara contra un letrero... aturdido y nervioso mejor puso la cámara en el suelo. Posamos para una foto. Después Marcos, da la vuelta me mira, alcanza su bolsillo y comienza a ponerse de rodilla. Le pregunté, ¡¿Qué estás haciendo? Entonces preguntó, ¿Te casas conmigo? Le dije SI! Y ahora estamos aquí escribiendo nuestras versiones de cómo nos conocimos e invitándote a nuestra boda y ¡No podemos esperar a verte el 30 de Septiembre de 2022!
