Our Story
We met online, though fate had already planted the seeds. Kaitlyn's roommate worked with Marco before and suggested he'd be a good match. When she came across his profile months later, we decided to meet.
Our first date was at a Thai restaurant, where conversation came naturally and easily. Not long after, Marco suggested an early morning kayak trip. For Kaitlyn (who isn't exactly a morning person), agreeing to wake up at 6am was a clear sign that something special was happening. What started as a morning on the water turned into spending almost the entire day together.
For the next year and a half, we split our time between our cities, about 40 minutes apart. Eventually, we moved in together, and after about two years, Marco proposed during our annual trip to St. Augustine to see the Nights of Lights. Now we're ready to celebrate this next chapter with all the people we love most and begin our married life together.
