Airport Information

Three different airports service the Washington D.C. area. For those travelling from across the country, we recommend comparing prices and arrival times between them all to find the most convenient options: Reagan (DCA) – (5 minutes from Arlington) Dulles (IAD) – (40 minutes from Arlington) Baltimore (BWI) – (60 min from Arlington)

Hotel

AC Hotel Arlington National Landing

We highly encourage guests to stay at the AC Marriott Hotel in Arlington, VA - this gives access to all the Memorial Day activities taking place across the city throughout the weekend. We've reserved a hotel block under Cook Wedding Block at a nightly rate of $150 before tax (link below). The last date to book under the group reservation rate is April 22nd, 2026. The AC hotel is one metro/subway stop away from Reagan (DCA) Airport and 4 stops from the National Mall. Parking will be available at a discounted rate for guests who book under the group reservation.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the main hotel (AC Hotel Arlington) to ceremony

We have arranged for a shuttle (limited seating, 36 Passengers only) to transport guests from this hotel to the ceremony. The shuttle will depart at approximately 2:30 pm for the venue, and will return at 10:30 pm. We have limited capacity on this shuttle, so please reach out to AJ or Marcie if you plan to use it.

Lansdowne Resort

For those who would rather stay closer to the wedding venue, we recommend the Landsdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA. The resort is about 20 minutes from the Wedding Venue and 50 minutes from Washington, D.C./Arlington.
