Friday the 17th of July, please
Your presence is truly gift enough. We know that many of you will be travelling to Brighton to celebrate with us, and we’re so grateful for the time and expense that involves. If you would still like to give something, we would be delighted with a small contribution towards our honeymoon. You can do so via the PayPal link below, or by bank transfer using the details provided. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. The ceremony will begin at 13:00 at Brighton Town Hall, so please arrive a little earlier to be seated and settled. The ceremony itself will last around 45 minutes.
TBC. We’re still finalising plans for any additional gatherings. Let us know when you’re arriving and leaving the city, and once we have a better idea of numbers, we can look at organising something fun while everyone’s in Brighton.
Yes, the dress code is formal and elegant. Brighton can be quite cold and windy in November, so we’d recommend bringing a warm coat and possibly a sturdy umbrella. There will be space to store these once you’re inside.
We’re so sorry, but we’re not able to offer plus ones. Each guest has been invited individually, and due to space and budget constraints we’re keeping the guest list as it is. We hope you understand, and we’re really looking forward to celebrating with you.
Yes, children are welcome. Just a little heads up that the evening celebrations may be quite lively and loud, so please keep that in mind. Do let us know if you’d like us to make any specific food arrangements for them.

On arrival at the reception venue, there will be canapés and English sparkling wine to start the celebrations. For dinner, we’re looking forward to sharing a traditional British roast dinner with you. Please let us know your preference in advance, choosing between venison loin, chicken roast, or nut roast (vegetarian option). All dishes will be served with roast potatoes, buttered greens, maple glazed carrots and parsnips, Yorkshire pudding and plenty of roast gravy. Dessert will be the wedding cake.
Of course. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure the venue is informed.
There will be a generous pre-paid bar tab.
We won’t be providing transport from hotels to the ceremony, so please make your own way to Brighton Town Hall. Transport from the ceremony to the reception will be provided. For everything else, you’ll need to make your own arrangements. Brighton is very walkable, depending on the weather, of course.
For the most flexibility and value, we recommend booking an AirbnB. If you would prefer a hotel, good options to explore include Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront, Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel and West Beach Hotel Brighton. For more budget-friendly stays, you might like ibis Brighton City Centre – Station, Holiday Inn Brighton – Seafront by IHG or Travelodge Brighton Seafront. For large groups, check out: https://www.mygetaways.co.uk Accommodation in Brighton can be expensive, so we strongly suggest booking as early as possible.
There isn’t parking at the ceremony or reception venues, and Brighton can be quite expensive and restrictive when it comes to parking. We’re able to arrange visitor permits, which are usually the best option depending on where you’re staying. If you’ll need one, please let us know in advance how many days you'll require permits for.
