Question
Are kids welcome to wedding events?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity at the farm, we do not have space to accommodate all of your little ones (we counted and our guests combined have 53 children!). We love all of the kids in your lives dearly, but are asking for an adults-only ceremony and reception. If there's a challenge here, please reach out to Marc or Kristina to discuss.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Bus transportation will be provided and will make pickups from Liberty Hill Farm, Huntington House Inn, and Sunny Hollow Farm. Liberty Hill Farm Pickup: 2:50PM Huntington House Inn Pickup: 3:10PM Sunny Hollow Farm Pickup: 3:30PM The bus will be available to shuttle guests back at 8:30PM, 9:15PM, and 10:15PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking at the venue but we are limited to having 30 cars onsite. For that reason, we highly encourage carpooling or taking the shuttle bus from one of the three pickup sites.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please review hotel and rental home suggestions under the "Travel & Accommodations" part of our website. There are hundreds of beds available within a 30-minute radius of the farm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage guests to wear cocktail attire. There is a very short walk from the parking area to the ceremony site and barn that is unpaved, so it is recommended you wear shoes that will not be a detriment while crossing gravel and grass. This is an outdoor event, and September weather in central Vermont varies between 50-75 degrees, so bringing a layer for the cooler evening temperatures is suggested.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! We intentionally selected a caterer who can ensure that those with allergies or dietary restrictions can be safely accommodated. We will collect this information closer to the event when we ask for RSVPs.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are sadly very limited on capacity at the farm, so unless your invitation was specifically addressed to you and your +1, we ask that you not bring a guest to our event. Should we have space to accommodate closer to the event, we are certainly willing to discuss!
