What are you doing to ensure everyone's safety?

Answer

To ensure the safety of our friends and family, we are requiring that all guests be vaccinated to attend our wedding events. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be under an outdoor pergola, so ventilation will be abundant!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we LOVE your little ones, we are having an adults-only wedding weekend! We hope this will allow all guests, and parents, a chance to kick back, relax and enjoy! Please reach out to us directly if you need help arranging child care in the area.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do indeed! Check out our "Travel/Accommodation" page where you will find booking information for our hotel block, as well as a few other suggestions in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We will have a 44 passenger big yellow school bus (throwback!) picking up from the Red Roof Inn Newburgh to the venue on Saturday, leaving at 3:30pm. This will be the only departure option FYI! If you wish to catch a ride, make sure you are at the Red Roof Inn prior to departure! If you miss it, you'll need to call a taxi! Post reception, there will be a 10pm and 11pm bus option to return to the Red Roof Inn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! Since we will be on a property with an abundance of grass, it is highly recommend that women wear a thicker, block heel or wedge.

I have dietary restrictions, will there be anything for me to eat?

Answer

Yes, we will make sure the venue is aware of any dietary restrictions. Dinner will be served family style.
