Old Town Plaza- Albuquerque
Old Town Albuquerque is located in the heart of Albuquerque and is a great place to stroll around and check out some very authentically New Mexican vibes. There are some great spots to grab a drink or bite to eat around the plaza, as well as some fun shops to check out!
Santa Fe Plaza
Santa Fe is only an hour from Albuquerque but feels like a world a way! Santa Fe is the oldest capital city in United States and the oldest European community west of the Mississippi. While Santa Fe was inhabited on a very small scale in 1607, it was truly settled by the conquistador Don Pedro de Peralta in 1609-1610. Sandia Peak Tramway
We took our first Tram ride together in the Winter of 2022 and what a view! Rising from the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque, you ascend one of America’s most stunning urban peaks, reaching the 10,378-foot crest of the Sandia Mountains where an 11,000 square mile panoramic view awaits! At the top there are some great places to grab a bite or go on a little hike to take in the beautiful forests a top the mountain. Be sure to check into tickets a few days in advance to secure the time and date you want!
Sawmill Market
Located just north of the Old Town area in Albuquerque this local market and food hall is a must for us in town! Enjoy a wide selection of food and drink options along with great local pop up shops and music. There is a wonderful courtyard with plenty of seating for large or small groups. A great spot to hang out and catch up! A Hipsters delight.
