Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional, so please join us in your most sophisticated formal attire. Tuxedos or dark suits with ties are suitable and long evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

I have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Our caterer is wonderful and dedicated to making sure any guest with a food allergy can be accommodated. Please let us know about any food allergy or dietary restriction as soon as possible so we can coordinate a suitable meal for you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Winter Park Events Center has tons of parking at the venue and parking available across the street at a secondary lot. *Please note: If you are staying at the Sheraton hotel block, we will provide shuttle transportation to and from the ceremony for your convenience.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, however we have invited only adults to our wedding.

What are the details for the shuttle transportation?

Answer

For those planning to take the shuttle provided, please plan to be outside the Sheraton main entrance and ready to board by 3:00 PM. The shuttle will be departing the Sheraton promptly at 3:15 PM. The shuttle will be available at the venue starting at 8:00 PM should you need to return to the hotel for any reason prior to the end of the reception. At the end of the reception, the shuttle will take all remaining hotel guests back to the Sheraton.
